Casa del Balsamico, Acetaia Cattani, is located in Modena in a historic building, along Via Emilia Est in the heart of the old Este dominions. This area is recognized by historians as the best for producing Aceto Balsamico di Modena due to its geological, climatic, and cultural conditions.
Six 250 ml bottles of Aceto Balsamico di Modena IGP aged 2 years are the result of the competence and experience of Giuseppe Cattani, heir to the secrets of the ancient family and the passing of time. In a harmonious weave of delicate flavors, the aromas and characteristic scents unfold on the palate, revealing the refinement of a slow maturation in barrels of precious wood.
