Casa del Balsamico, Acetaia Cattani, is located in Modena in a historic building along Via Emilia Est in the heart of the old Este dominions. This area is recognized by historians as the best for producing Aceto Balsamico di Modena due to its geological, climatic, and cultural conditions.
