Lot consisting of 4 bottles of 500 ml of extra virgin olive oil produced by Azienda Agricola Centonze Antonino, Sicily - Italy.
CAPRI Bottle - Riserva Blend 500 ml.
Spicy and herbaceous, clean and persistent.
Medium-light fruity flavor, round and full.
Great balance with a tomato, almond and artichoke aftertaste.
Ideal with all fish but also with legume soups, red meats, cheeses and all vegetable-based dishes.
The UNICO oil.
Our oil is a “unicum” in itself due to the characteristics of the place where it is produced. In fact, the olive trees are nourished by minerals abundant in the tufa rock on which they majestically stand.
The location imparts to olives and oil an unexpected sensory harmony, even though Nocellara del Belice, Cerasuola and Biancolilla are characterized by pronounced organoleptic strength notes typical of Sicilian cultivars.
