This is a vintage brutalist candelabrum, designed by Belgian artist and goldsmith Willy Ceysens.
Ceysens (1929–2007) was known for his sculptural designs in solid cast aluminum, which often have a rough, textured surface.
This particular two-armed design is a characteristic example of his Brutalist style from the 1960s.
Authentic pieces are often marked with his initials "CW" on the side or bottom.

Ceysens (1929–2007) stond bekend om zijn sculpturale ontwerpen in massief gegoten aluminium, die vaak een ruwe, getextureerde textuur hebben. Dit specifieke ontwerp met twee armen is een kenmerkend voorbeeld van zijn brutalistische stijl uit de jaren 60. Authentieke stukken zijn vaak gemerkt zijn initialen "CW" aan de zij- of onderkant.
