Sharp and slender shapes of brass. Straight lines and simple volumes of solid wood. Combined and repeated, they form a cabinet with a monumental character. 'Fragments' is a surprising interplay of contrasting materials - light, dark and reflective.

This special illuminated cabinet is the only one of its kind! Made for the presentation in 'Kazerne' during Dutch Design Week and Salone del Mobile 2022.
Due to high labor costs and high material costs, after this well-developed zero-model it was decided not to include the design in the collection.
Therefore this model is now for sale via CataWiki.
(A zero-model is the model that is made for the production models, but after the prototype phase.)
Unfortunately we don't have better photos of the cabinet. It was positioned against a dark wall during the exhibition, making it difficult to see exactly how the cabinet looks.
A photo of the making process is therefore attached; for the first test it was mounted against a temporary wooden wall.
The cabinet is built and fixed to the wall using a metal system. This makes it very sturdy.
Pickup only at our studio in Eindhoven, Netherlands. When picking up, we will explain how to install the cabinet.
We can also come and install the cabinet for you; we do this across the Netherlands, northern Belgium or western Germany. (Max 250 km from Eindhoven.) The costs depend on the distance and will be discussed.
The cabinet does not have to be directly next to a power point, but this is practical due to the power cable. Optionally a LED dimmer can be added. (€35 surcharge)

Ontwerpduo dreams and makes true, fantasizes and executes, invents and designs.
A bird cage in which you can swing freely, lamps that branch like trees, or a table on which you can play marbles: the fantastic world of design duo arises from the collaboration and chemistry between Tineke Beunders and Nathan Wierink.
The studio works for labels and brands on request, and creates its own thematic collection in which the practical and the poetic come together.
The lighting (Contour and Light Forest) that the duo makes are mostly unique pieces, and manufactured in their own studio in Eindhoven, the Netherlands.
The lighting has been released since 2018 under the name 'APTUM lighting'.
