Zorki 4, model 4, 35 mm film camera, serial number 67111576, M39 mount, estimated period 1960–1970, tested and working.
Description from the seller
ZORKI 4: Produced in Russia from 1956 to 1973 in the Krasnogorsk Mechanik workshops, located in the city of Krasnogorsk, on the banks of the Moscow River about twenty kilometers from the capital Moscow, the same workshops where the more widespread Zenith reflex 35mm, the Moskva medium format and the Horizon panoramic rotating-lens are also produced. The Zorki 4 is a 35mm roll film camera with a 24x36mm frame size. Fully mechanical, it has no light metering device; the shutter is built with a fabric shutter and runs horizontally with shutter speeds ranging from 1 second to 1/1000 of a second plus B and the specific shutter speed for flash synchronization of 1/30 of a second. (Note: first cock the shutter and then select the shutter speed, to avoid mechanical problems and you do not switch from 1/30 to 1 second and vice versa). Focusing is done with a double-image rangefinder visible in the viewfinder and adjustable via the focusing ring of the used lens. Interchangeable lenses with a 39x1 screw mount. To use other focal lengths, besides the 50mm Jupiter as standard, it is necessary to have an external viewfinder with windows that give the exact framing of the focal lengths used because the Zorki 4 viewfinder only provides the frame for 50mm and does not have additional corner lines. The diopter adjustment lever, coaxial with the film winding hub, is useful for those who wear glasses. The standard lens was the well-known Industar 50mm f/3.5, composed of four lenses in three groups, produced in several versions. The Zorki 4 is equipped with a mechanical self-timer located on the front of the camera. Camera is functional and rare (fifth anniversary). Celebratory version
