William Wessel is a famous sculptor, known for his works spanning over twenty years.
 His artistic career began with a sculpture course at Carnegie Mellon University in Pittsburgh followed by an internship of four years with the famous sculptor Joseph Fitzpatrick.
 William Wessel’s broad portfolio encompasses a wide range of materials and sizes, although over the years he has focused on animal forms such as insects, birds and fish.
   Many works, the more important ones by William Wessel are inspired by mythology, folklore and witchcraft.
 Sculptures by William Wessel are exhibited in museums in Pennsylvania, New York and New England and private collections in Europe.
