Description from the seller

Mantel clock – marble – France – early 20th century
Mechanical - 8-day movement – strike on the bell
A beautiful, well-running, and striking marble mantle clock in Rococo style, of French manufacture. At the front you can see the anchor escapement and the escape wheel. You don’t see this very often—quite unusual. Winding the springs once a week keeps the clock going for another week. Every half hour and on the hour the clock chimes to tell the time.
This clock dates from the early years of the last century. The key is included. To attach the pendulum, it is better to first remove the bell.
The clock will be sent by registered mail.

Dimensions
Height: 38 cm.
Width: 37 cm.
Depth: 13 cm.
