Canon FTb + 1,8/50mm S.C. | Analogue camera

The Canon FTb was introduced by Canon in March 1971. It is a 100% mechanical 35mm SLR that takes Canon FD mount lenses, introduced with the Canon F-1 . The shutter is fully mechanical, horizontally-traveling type with cloth curtains. It has a top speed of 1/1000s, an X speed (shortest exposure with curtains fully open, for flash) of 1/60s, and a lowest speed of 1s (plus "B"). A shutter lock is provided to prevent accidental exposures, in the form of a rotating collar around the shutter release. ----------------------------------------------- The item comes from a private collection and is in superb condition despite the age. Almost no signs of use. Surely not much used. Minor imperfections wich may occur depends exclusively on the long storage.
