Beautiful crank dining table in mahogany wood, with an extension, from the prestigious American workmanship J. & J. W. Meeks of New York.

Early 19th-century table, George II style.

Square profile with an extension, fluted legs resting on padded feet.

A skirt runs along the table and closes in the space for the crank, which allows us to open and close the table according to its use.

In it appears the identifying plaque of this prestigious New York cabinet-making house.
