Splendid five-light chandelier: entirely handmade by a Murano master glassmaker, a true classic of Murano glass
Of beautiful luminosity in the different lighting conditions, see all the photos.
It illuminated a small lounge of a hotel in Venice, now under restoration. The former owner recalls that they were purchased from the famous Fornace Pauly in Murano, but given the era the purchase documents were not preserved.
Rare black and transparent glass with very rich inclusions in gold leaf,
Dating: approx. 1990/2000.
It has 5 arms with removable black cups; 5 low leaves between them; 6 tall leaves at the center.
Width: 50 cm Height: 50 cm approx. With adjustable chain and ceiling glass cap, it becomes about 90 cm long.
An elegant Murano chandelier, luminous and particularly suitable for a classic decor, but also modern for its beautiful and elegant glass.

Small shades may be added, but they are not supplied.

I mainly collect Murano chandeliers thanks to the collaboration with some companies that restore apartments and palaces in Venice. In this way, over time, I have recovered the chandeliers of elegant and often ancient houses in the lagoon and in the nearby areas.
Murano glass has an incomparable charm: every piece, even the simplest, has a story hidden in its fragility and its iridescent light.
