Description from the seller
Set of three solid wood tripod chairs finished in a dark stain, in a brutalist style and Pyrenean folk art taste. Found together, they share the same hand, the same patina, and the same character.
Each chair rests on three slightly splayed tapered legs. The thick seat is cut in a kidney shape. The narrow backrest is crowned by an inverted teardrop cutout. Brass nails at the backrest-seat junction on all three pieces.
Dimensions per chair:
H 85 x L 35 x D 32 cm
Seat height: 40 cm
Weight: about 5 kg
Condition: Very good vintage condition. Natural patina, light signs of wear. One seat shows a micro-crack, no impact on solidity, documented in photos.
