Description from the seller

AUSTRIA. Vienna. 2 Schilling. 1932.

- Value: 2 Schilling.
- Year: 1932.
- Inscriptions: Obverse: JOSEF HAYDN. 1732–1932. Reverse: REPUBLIK ÖSTERREICH · 2 SCHILLING.
- Grade: MS64 (NGC).

Commemorative silver coin dedicated to the composer Joseph Haydn, issued on the occasion of the bicentennial of his birth. The obverse features his portrait in left profile, in sober and realistic style, with good modeling of the hair and features, showing clean surfaces and an original sheen well preserved. The reverse displays the Austrian federal coat of arms surrounded by the coats of arms of the states, with the central value clearly defined and sharp relief. A specimen of notable quality, with a light, even patina, well-preserved fields and minimal presence of marks, in line with its grade of preservation.

Disclaimer: For orders shipped outside the European Union, I want to leave absolutely clear that I do ship from Spain, which means that if the package is sent to any country outside the European Union, and/or inside EU that has special tax agreement (example: Canary Islands), it might be stopped in your local customs and they might ask you to pay taxes. This is a customs legal procedure and it is completely out of our control. Thanks for your understanding.
