About the artist:
Yamila Velázquez (Las Tunas, Cuba, 1993) is a contemporary artist who uses digital intelligence tools, currently living and working in Alicante, Spain. Owner and partner of a company devoted to the sale, representation and development of artists and artworks, Velázquez combines her business vision with deep artistic sensitivity.
This young Cuban talent has established herself in the field of digital art, using contemporary means to explore themes related to nature, landscape and the intimate relationship between woman and her surroundings. Her works address with subtlety and visual strength topics such as beauty, love, sensuality and feminine delicacy, always framed in enveloping, romantic and refined atmospheres.
With a vibrant and expressive aesthetic, Yamila Velázquez manages to fuse classical influences with a modern language, resulting in versatile, fresh and deeply evocative works. The painterly texture of her images, the masterful use of color and the emotionally balanced composition position her work as a current artistic proposal with high aesthetic value.

Shipping and presentation:
The work will be carefully packaged by a professional and sent in a rigid cardboard tube, internally protected with bubble wrap to guarantee its integrity during transport. Shipments are made through reliable courier companies such as UPS, FedEx or Correos Spain, depending on the destination and the most convenient option in each case.
Estimated delivery time is 7 to 10 days, though it may vary depending on the destination country.

The work transcends mass culture by transforming a symbol of uniformity and anonymity into a study of recovered individuality. Using a technique that emulates Japanese Kintsugi, the surface of the helmet—as traditionally pristine and synthetic—appears fractured and “healed” with gold veins.

The integration of typographic textures over the armor suggests a accumulation of historical memory, where the character ceases to be a produced-in-series unit to become a container of experiences. The precision of the golden lines not only highlights the fracture, but sacralizes it, elevating the visual trauma to a higher category of beauty. It is a work of great compositional balance that dialogues with contemporary Pop Art and Zen philosophy."
