Artwork - "Brzozy" - 30 x 40 cm, varnished, oil on canvas, author's certificate.
Author - Piotr Sujka (b. 1971).
He studied at the Academy of Fine Arts in Warsaw in the Faculty of Painting and Mural Painting. He is primarily engaged in sacred painting. He is the author of polychrome in churches in Albania (Tirana, Lezhë, Balldren, Shkoder, Derven and many others) where he lived and worked for ten years. In Poland, he created polychromy in churches in Warsaw, Lublin, Łęczna, Puławy.
His passion is primarily figurative art.
In easel painting, his main favorite subject is the female figure, a portrait presented in a simplified manner, distant from realism but also distant from abstraction.
As a versatile artist, he paints landscapes en plein air, realistic, sometimes bordering on abstraction. In this way, he documents the places he has stayed.
