This epic Lego set 6979 was released in 1997 and with 279 parts one of the biggest in this theme. The spaceship has a dynamic light function that circles through lighting up different fibers. The motor that drives this is in good condition and works as it should. Also the cockpit is lighted. Although they do not do justice to the actual effect, please see the pictures to get an idea of this unique effect. The set is missing only 1 light fiber (can be found for under 1€), the rest, including the minifigs, is all there. The electrical wires are in great condition, these are normally very bad after almost 30 years. The set will be carefully packed before shipping.
