Handcrafted kitchen cutting board in solid wood, composed of 84 pieces from 10 precious woods: acacia, larch, oak, rosewood, ipe, black walnut, padauk, ebony, purpleheart, mahogany.
The woods are given an end cut to allow greater durability in use over time.
Each piece is made according to the project that develops based on the craftsman's imagination and the availability of the various woods.
Each cutting board requires about a week of work including the drying time of the glue under pressure.
Each cutting board is a unique piece of its kind.
You are lucky to possess an excellent product of Italian craftsmanship.

The only treatment is with food-grade mineral oil to be used also for maintenance.
Alternatively olive oil.
