Ces cristaux de rubis (corindon) proviennent de Mauritanie, (région Tiris Zemmour) à environ 100km au Nord-Est de la ville de Zouerate.

Toutes les photos sont prises à la lumière naturelle du jour.
Pour certaines d’entre elles j’ai posé les rubis sur une source lumineuse, la lampe torche de mon téléphone portable ou une lampe.

J'ai photographié ces gemmes aussi sincèrement et précisément que possible en utilisant la lumière du jour.
