AI-assisted summary

Description from the seller

Superb and very old figurine of the "Striding Man (1929)" for the famous whisky brand "Johnnie Walker". It is part of the first advertising generation of the brand that launched on the market the first colored Striding Man (1929), and it has the originality of being small in size. It is made of hard rubber, with a wire running through the legs to keep it upright; it is visible in the last two photos. This Striding Man bears the original colors. This model is relatively rare and highly sought after, and has the peculiarity of having a green-tinted base with only the name of the whisky "Johnnie Walker" inscribed on it; the others are generally red, and when they are green there is inscribed "Johnnie Walker Born 1820 Still Going Strong". It comes from an attic of an old bar that had been closed for a very long time; it is in its original condition, with no damage. Ideal for Industrial Vintage décor for Loft, Guesthouse, Bar, Café, Bistro, Restaurant, Cocktail Bar, Wine Bar, Estaminet, Pub, Office, Duplex.
------- With more than 200 years of history, the House of Walker has developed a unique and exceptional know-how. It was in 1820 in Scotland that John Walker had the idea of selecting malts of varied character to create a whisky with a unique taste, richer and more balanced. The Art of Blending was born. While distillation results from a defined process, blending relies only on human skills, those of the Master Blender. Recognized by his peers as one of the best whisky blenders, Jim Beveridge has the largest and rarest reserves of whiskies in the world to perpetuate the tradition of the Walker House.
