Acetaia Cattani is located in Modena in a historic building, along Via Emilia Est in the heart of the ancient Este dominions. This area is recognized by historians as the best for the production of Aceto Balsamico di Modena due to geological, climatic, and cultural conditions.
These 6 bottles of 250 ml of Aceto Balsamico di Modena aged 3 years are the fruit of the competence and experience of Giuseppe Cattani, heir to the secrets of the ancient family and the passage of time. In a harmonious interweaving of delicate flavors, the aromas and characteristic scents offer themselves to the palate, revealing the refinement of a slow maturation in barrels of precious wood.
