Batch consisting of 6 lithographed bottles of 500 ml of organic extra virgin olive oil produced by Azienda agricola Antonino Centonze, Sicily - Italy.
Lithographed bottles with reproductions of some images of Sicilian localities.
Organic oil of very high density and velvety texture. Deep green color with yellow-gold reflections.
Spicy and herbaceous, sharp and persistent. Medium fruity flavor, round and full.
Great balance with a tomato and sweet almond aftertaste.
Ideal with fish both raw and cooked but also with legume soups, red meats and all vegetable-based dishes.
Our oil is a true ‘unicum’ due to the characteristics of the place where it is produced. In fact, the olive trees are nourished by the minerals abundantly present in the tufa rock on which they majestically stand.
The location conveys to the olives and oil an unexpected sensory harmony, even though Nocellara del Belice, Cerasuola and Biancolilla are characterized by pronounced notes of organoleptic strength typical of Sicilian cultivars.
