L’Aceto Balsamico di Modena IGP “Bordolese” is characterized by a pronounced balsamic acidity and a rich bouquet of woody and spicy notes. The maturation of this balsamic in ancient oak casks, together with the sweetness of the cooked must and the pleasant acidity of wine vinegar, enhances and balances the unmistakable sweet-and-sour notes of this product. Ideal for everyday use on salads, vegetables, eggs, and as an ingredient in sweet-and-sour sauces.
