The Yamaha CDX 900 is a high-quality CD player from the Natural Sound era (ca. 1987/1988). This model was at the time a serious high-end device, recognizable by its massive chassis and the extensive numeric keypad on the front panel. It uses Yamaha's then-revolutionary Hi Bi technology, which results in a very detailed and musical playback that, even today, still has many enthusiasts.
