Description from the seller

Large deep plate in fine Limoges porcelain, Bernardaud manufacture, presenting a double mark on the back:
B&C Limoges France (export trade mark)
L. Bernardaud & Cie Limoges in red (factory signature)

This double mark is characteristic of certain productions intended for export at the end of the 19th and beginning of the 20th century, and constitutes an interesting authentication element.

The piece is decorated with an elegant spray of small polychrome flowers (pinks and cornflowers), typical of Limoges productions of that era.

The rim features a grooved relief (regular channels), enhanced by a double gold line, adding finesse and refinement to the whole.

Beautiful service piece, both functional and decorative.

Very good overall condition.

To note for complete transparency:

Presence of a micro-imperfection on the edge, very discreet and almost invisible to the naked eye.

This is not a chip nor a impact, but a slight surface irregularity without any impact on overall aesthetics. (see last photo)

No cracks or restorations.

Gold decoration well preserved.

Careful packaging/shipping.
