Konica C35V Viewfinder camera

This Japanese Konica C35V viewfinder/zone-focus camera is of excellent design quality and is very suitable to carry in someone’s jacket pocket.

The camera features an f2.8/38mm Hexanon lens, renowned for its very high sharpness and excellent color rendition. It has a 4-zone focusing setting with icons: a) close-focus: 0.9 meters, b) portrait: 0.9 – 1.5 meters, c) groups: 1.5 – 4 meters, and landscape: 4 – infinity.
The ISO/ASA values can be manually set between 19-27 / 25-400.
The viewfinder is exceptionally bright and uses parallax correction.
The weight is only 340 grams.
Shutter speeds run from 1/30 sec to 1/650 sec.
Close focus distance: 1 meter.
The camera has combined diaphragm and shutter blades.
In the viewfinder one sees a needle meter that indicates both shutter speed and aperture.
The CdS light meter operates with an LR44 battery and is included.
An original Konica lens cap is also included and doubles as the cover for the light meter.

The camera is highly regarded for its very compact housing, attractive design, light weight, sharpness, and color rendition.
