Rated Excellent on Trustpilot.
Neo Lemp industrial design fan dating from the mid-1950s, not tested and in good used condition with minor age-related marks and stains, made in Italy from ferro, gomma and bakelite, grey, 26 cm high, 16 cm wide and 16 cm deep, weighing 1 kg.
Description from the seller
Beautiful and very rare mid-1950s fan produced by Neo Lemp before the large-scale plastic industrial productions.
The fan, untested given the 125V indication, is in excellent condition with some signs of oxidation (patina) on the flexible cord and a few small cracks in the paint.
The blades in soft rubber, also in excellent condition, have some small cracks and signs of wear.
This is a very limited production since the company specialized in small appliances, especially table lamps, from which this object likely derives.
The label on the bottom suggests the possibility of a display model, but there are no definite indications.
Rough annular base: This is a type of base not very common in domestic fans of the era; more often flat or triangular bases were used.
Spiral metal flexible stem: Typical of adjustable models produced between the 1950s and 1960s.
Italian bipolar plug: Confirms production/electrification before the unification to 220V Italian (so production probably in the 1950s). Beautiful and rare design.
I reiterate - NOT tested.
