Decorative railway plate in copper alloy with the number 303 from the National Company of Local Railways (Belgium). The oval plate is 44 cm wide and 32.50 cm high and is mounted on a wooden board 53 cm wide and 39 cm high and weighs 5.7 kg in total.

Based on archival material from the National Company of Local Railways (NMVB/SNCV) from 1969-1970, number 303 was linked to a bus line that served the route Braine-l'Alleud (Eigenbrakel) / Virginal - Br.-le-Comte (s-Gravenbrakel).
The NMVB was the national regional transport company in Belgium, known for its extensive tram and later bus network.

Decoratieve spoorwegplaat in koperlegering met het nummer 303 van de Nationale Maatschappij der Buurtspoorwegen (België). De ovalen plaat is 44 cm breed en 32,50 cm hoog en is gemonteerd op een houten plaat van 53 cm breed en 39 cm hoog en weegt 5,7 kg in totaal. 

Gebaseerd op archiefmateriaal van de Nationale Maatschappij van Buurtspoorwegen (NMVB/SNCV) uit 1969-1970, was nummer 303 gekoppeld aan een autobuslijn die de route Braine-l'Alleud (Eigenbrakel) / Virginal - Br.-le-Comte (s-Gravenbrakel) bediende.
De NMVB was het nationale streekvervoerbedrijf in België dat bekend stond om zijn uitgebreide tram- en later busnetwerk.
