Handle Material: Real high-quality natural horn. Material verified by thermal test (keratin smell) and shows the natural bluish fluorescence under UV light, typical of authentic organic horn.
Blades: High-quality stainless steel with the "Au Gaulois" mark engraved on each blade.
Design: Classic, ergonomic line with finely worked collars that join blade to handle.
