Description from the seller

Stunning set of two vintage Japanese deba kitchen knives, authentic and full of character. These traditional knives are designed for heavier slicing work in the Japanese kitchen, such as filleting fish and processing meat.

Both knives have a total length of 26 cm and 27 cm and are equipped with wooden handles with a classic look. The Japanese characters on the handles and blade give these knives an extra authentic and artisanal touch.

The knives are in used vintage condition with clear signs of use and age, such as patina, discoloration and superficial corrosion on the blades. The handles show wear and small cracks, which is typical for older Japanese knives and contributes to their charm and history.

Ideal for collectors, enthusiasts of Japanese kitchen knives or as a decorative piece with a rugged, authentic look. With some care and possibly restoration these knives can be brought back to their prime in the kitchen.
