The works are shipped from the artist based in the United States to our logistics platform in France, which handles import and customs clearance, before being individually returned to our collectors without any constraints. The transport cost includes all fees from the United States to your home.

If the work is damaged, you must refuse delivery and specify the reason for the refusal on the delivery note, noting problems such as “broken,” “scratched,” “damaged,” or “folded.” If only the packaging is damaged but the content is intact, you may accept the parcel. However, if both the packaging and the contents are damaged, you must refuse the parcel without hesitation. Karl Lagasse, a renowned artist, gained widespread recognition in 2009 with his One Dollar sculptures, ranking among the ten best sculptors under 30 years old that year, according to Artprice. In 2012, the New York publication Farameh named him one of the fifty best contemporary artists, inspired by traditional American icons, in its book FOR WHICH IT STANDS: Americana in Contemporary Art. More recently, in 2016, at the Art Paris Art Fair, the President of the French Republic warmly congratulated Karl on his impressive 2-meter bronze sculpture One Dollar, exhibited at the Grand Palais.

Karl’s artistic journey began at age 7 with collages, prompted by his meeting with sculptor César Baldaccini. He later turned to tagging and graffiti in the Paris metro while maintaining a passion for collages. Artist Yvaral Vasarely encouraged him to fuse his tags with his collages. In 2003, Karl prepared his first exhibition in Paris, which led to his first solo show in 2006 at the Isy Brachot gallery in Brussels. In 2008, he returned to Paris with an exhibition combining paintings, sculptures, and video elements at the Espace Pierre Cardin.

2026: - Finalization of the work One Dollar Green Bronze 8 meters, 7 tons. The largest One Dollar sculpture in the world created by the artist.

2025: - Installation of the monumental work Reflection of the Sun. Installed near the newly built Pavilion des Bains on the Promenade Michel d’Ornano, inaugurated by Mayor Philippe Augier on September 8.

2024: - Art Miami - Group exhibitions at Galerie Nicolas Auvray New York. For the occasion, a 1.8-meter bronze cryptogram and a 2-meter One Dollar were exhibited during the event.
- 50th anniversary of the Deauville American Film Festival; for the occasion, the artist created 18 bronze trophies as well as a 2-meter sculpture to be installed at the CID. The artists interviewed about the artist and who received the trophy include: Michael Douglas, Daisy Ridley, Natalie Portman, Michelle Williams, Mikey Madison...

2023: - Aspen Saint Regis: Installation of the 2-meter One Dollar in front of the St. Regis. The Aspen Times covered the event in a dedicated article.
- Rapper Rick Ross posed with a special St. Regis edition One Dollar.

2022: - New York: Times Square, NY City, projection on Nasdaq’s screen of the work “A One Dollar in the Cyberspace City.”
- American Film Festival trophy presentations to Thandiwe Newton, Jesse Eisenberg, Ana de Armas…

2021: - New studio in Austin, Texas, USA.
- Solo exhibition of the artist.
- Finalization of the sculpture “Ascension of Christ” after several years of work.

2020: - Beginning work on the largest piece ever created by the artist: the One Dollar Bronze Green 8 Meters.
- Deauville American Film Festival: he creates a new sculpture in collaboration with the town of Deauville, inspired by the barriers of Deauville’s promenade (the boards).

2019: - Deauville American Film Festival: the artist created a new sculpture, representing his dollar engraved in aluminum.

2017: - Karl Lagasse succeeds the prestigious Cartier House in creating the Deauville American Film Festival trophies.

2016: - Art Fair Paris at the Grand Palais
- A two-meter-tall, fully bronze One Dollar was exhibited at Art Paris.
- The French president visited the exhibition and personally congratulated the artist for his work.
- First exhibition in Spain at the Atrium Gallery in Marbella, solo show with new collections in the presence of the international press and the mayor of the city, Jose Bernal Gutierrez. A special performance by his wife, opera singer Cherise Lagasse, who performed pieces from her repertoire.

2015: - Second collaboration with Maserati, creating a monumental installation titled “A Piece of Heaven on Earth.” This work consists of a Maserati covered with a white plastic film and a sculpture of Jesus Christ. Around the car, several dollar-bill sculptures are placed on the ground, symbolizing the repayment of humanity’s greatest debt.

2014: - Maserati presents for the world premiere the Maserati Ghibli reimagined by artist Karl Lagasse on the occasion of the brand’s 100th anniversary.
- Solo exhibition at the Italian Embassy in Paris. The Italian ambassador in France organized a dinner in his presence, around the artist’s works.

2013: - Collective exhibition Automobile Club of France, Place de la Concorde, Paris.

2012: - Karl gifted the city of Deauville a bronze Crytogram One sculpture, permanently at the city’s entrance.
- For the 65th Cannes Film Festival, Karl created a sculpture “Building” consisting of a collage of photos retracing the festival’s historic moments.
