LEGO set 8845 is the Dune Buggy (also known as Beach Buggy), a classic set from the LEGO Technic line (at the time still the "Expert Builder" line) that was released in 1981.
The set is characterized by its red bodywork and yellow driver's seat. Although it is a relatively small model for the Technic line, it included, for its time, advanced features:
- Working steering: via the steering wheel in the cockpit you can control the front wheels.
- Suspension: The rear wheels are equipped with a suspension.
- Large tires: Equipped with the distinctive large black rubber tires for an off-road look.
Includes the instruction manual.
