[Serviced / Excellent] Canon New FD 50mm f/1.4 (2173849) - Fast Standard
■ Overview
Released in June 1979, this is the classic Canon New FD 50mm f/1.4. It is famous for its very bright aperture, sharp images, and beautiful bokeh. It is a great choice for vintage film cameras and modern mirrorless systems.
■ My Maintenance Philosophy
Please understand that a vintage lens is not "brand-new." My maintenance focuses on making the lens healthy and fully ready for shooting, not on making the outside look perfect. I care most about clear optics and smooth mechanics. This is a reliable tool for real photography.
■ Condition
Appearance: Excellent.
The lens body is very clean, showing only minor normal signs of age.
Optics: Beautiful condition.
NO fungus. Professionally inspected and cleaned.
Honest Note: Contains normal internal dust from age. Under strong light inspection, I found a very faint internal haze.
HOWEVER, my test shoots confirm this has NO impact on image quality. Images are sharp and clear.
About Sample Images: Note: All sample images were captured digitally using a Sony NEX-3 mirrorless camera with a dedicated mount adapter. Please check the gallery.
Functional: 100% Working.
Focus is smooth. Aperture blades are clean and snappy.
