Description:

The AKG D 202 CS is a legendary dynamic microphone with dual capsules, one for bass and one for treble. Widely used in the 1970s, especially for rock music... normally used for instruments, it has also been used for vocals... but here beware of the bass capsule located at the bottom of the mic... thus near the hand. Because of its shape it was nicknamed "the rocket"
It is a particularly robust mic that can handle high decibels, it is very suitable for live performance... it works wonders in drum recording.
The frequency band runs from 20 to 20,000 Hz... who else can claim that in a dynamic mic.
