Centerpiece or sculptural pocket-emptying tray carved from a single block of solid wood, characterized by a strong material contrast.
The heart of the piece features a perfectly smooth and polished cavity that highlights the warm grain and annual rings of the wood. By contrast, the outer edge is carved with deep radial cuts, left in a matte, rough finish that invites the touch.
The external shape is deliberately irregular, respecting the natural imperfections of the wood, including small natural fissures that add authenticity and rustic charm to the piece.

Centrotavola o svuotatasche scultoreo, ricavato da un unico blocco di legno massiccio, caratterizzato da un forte contrasto materico.
Il cuore dell'oggetto presenta una cavità perfettamente levigata e lucida, che mette in risalto le calde venature e i cerchi annuali del legno. Al contrario, il bordo esterno è lavorato con intagli radiali profondi, lasciati in una finitura opaca e grezza che invita al tatto.
La forma esterna è volutamente irregolare, rispettando le imperfezioni naturali del legno, incluse le piccole fessure naturali che aggiungono autenticità e fascino rustico al pezzo.
