Set of two charming rustic stools from the 60s/70s, made of solid wood and characterized by their handcrafted finish.
The round seating surfaces are hand-worked and display an expressive, textured surface with visible gouge and saw marks. This technique gives each piece a unique character and highlights the artisanal craftsmanship.
The tripod construction with slightly flared legs provides a stable base and a timeless silhouette. The combination of the rugged seat and the sleeker legs creates a beautiful visual contrast between strength and elegance.
Because of their sober and pure design, these stools fit into a country, wabi-sabi or brutalist interior, as well as into a modern interior where natural materials are central. Also particularly suitable as a decorative object or side piece.
The stools are in good condition, with signs of use appropriate for their age and contributing to the authentic appearance. Structure is sturdy and stable.
