Presentation – Rolex Princess Midas 9903
La Maison OSTERTAG proposes exceptionally at auction a Rolex Princess Midas, reference 9903, the only piece currently known on the international market.
Produced in the early 1960s in an extremely limited series – estimated at fewer than twenty pieces – this solid gold watch stands out with its monolithic and asymmetric architecture, emblematic of the Midas line.
It was designed by Gérald Genta, whose collaboration with Rolex on this model marks a singular approach, inspired by ancient architecture and breaking away from traditional watchmaking codes.
