This rather rare device deserves to be brought back to life (it is seized). It stopped working five years ago without any shock or rough handling.
There is an impact mark under the rewind crank (I've always known it that way, including during the period when it was functional).

Cet appareil assez rare mérite une remise en marche (il est bloqué). Il a cessé de fonctionner il y a 5 ans sans choc ni brutalité.
Il y a une trace de choc en dessous de la manivelle de rembobinage (je l'ai toujours connu comme cela y compris dans la période ou il était fonctionnel).
