Wall sconce (2) - Gilt bronze

Pair of wall sconces in gilded bronze (or brass) in the Louis XV (Rococo) style. Made in Italy in the mid-20th century. They feature the characteristic Rococo design with asymmetrical scrolls and acanthus leaf motifs. Each sconce has two arms ("lights" or "flames") ending with artificial candles.
Good condition with normal signs of age and wear.
The height is 34 cm, total weight over 3 kg.
The wiring has been updated in the late 20th century.
