Orbita de Formas
They float without quite touching,
like thoughts that have not yet found rest.
Dark cubes, born of the same impulse,
drift apart without breaking the invisible thread that sustains them.
They spin—not in space, but in the memory of motion.
Here the center does not rule,
it merely breathes.
Metal keeps its silence,
but along its edges lives a soft tension,
a promise of a fall that never happens.
Everything is about to separate,
everything chooses to remain.
“Orbita de Formas” is that suspended instant
where order doubts
and chaos finds its rhythm.

This sculpture is part of an open series. Each piece is made and assembled entirely by hand and may vary in color.
This sculpture marks a new direction in my artistic practice, where Brutalist aesthetics meet the expressive energy of Pop Art.
Although the work is rooted in material honesty and the strength of Brutalism, it introduces a new layer of contemporary visual language: bold, provocative, and charged with emotion.

My work focuses on creating unique pieces situated between sculpture and functional object, with an emphasis on materiality, structure, and the durability of the work. I develop sculptural furniture in concrete and iron, combining function and sculptural form, with a clear Brutalist influence. My work centers on geometry, structure, and materiality, creating pieces that explore balance, repetition, and visual presence in space.
