National Panasonic - SG 999 Record player

I present to you in this auction a rare vintage record player from the 1960s. It is a multi-function device: a radio, amplifier, and record player by National Panasonic SG 999, made in Japan in 1968. The device is in good external condition considering its age of 60 years, with normal signs of use. The record player can be pulled out and retracted via a very distinctive mechanical movement, which works perfectly. The top cover is wrapped in leather, and the device is generally made of wood. The unit has been tested and works in general as a record player. The stylus is present, additionally the record player features an automatic record changer function, which is also fully working, and it also functions as an amplifier. However, I was unable to test the radio and did not receive any signal. When the device is powered on, a continuous noise similar to air/hissing can be heard from the speakers. When playing audio from a source such as a record or through the amplifier, the noise becomes less noticeable. Wave bands Broadcast (BC) and FM or UHF. Alternating Current supply (AC) / 60Hz, 110-120 or 50Hz, 110; 200; 225; 250 Volt Dimensions (WHD) 406 x 102 x 457 mm Weight 14 kg Please carefully review the attached photos and read the description thoroughly before participating in this auction. Shipping in Germany and EU with DHL or Hermes. Shipping international with DHL.
