Description from the seller

Elegant cabinet in a beautiful type of wood with a lovely color. The style is Louis XV, 1740–1780. Most cabinets are made of oak or mahogany, this wood you hardly ever see. A notable feature is the lower drawer that runs downward and is not separately bounded by a foot rail. A so-called box drawer. The sides of the lower cabinet also have the same curvature as the front. Very beautiful, almost extinct, and expertly crafted cabinetmaking. These cabinets offer extremely practical storage options. In the past they were used to store linen. In the 18th century, this was very valuable and a status symbol, as was such a cabinet. Beautiful elegant legs decorated with a piece of cast brass.

This piece of furniture is made in sections and can be transported as such and easily reassembled.
