Acetaia Cattani is located in Modena in a historic building, along Via Emilia Est in the heart of the ancient Estense dominions. This area is recognized by historians as the best for the production of Aceto Balsamico di Modena due to its geological, climatic, and cultural conditions.
These six 250 ml bottles of Aceto Balsamico di Modena aged three years are the fruit of the skill and experience of Giuseppe Cattani, heir to the secrets of the old family and the passage of time. In a harmonious intertwining of delicate flavors, the typical aromas and scents offer themselves to the palate, revealing the refinement of a slow maturation in precious wooden casks.
