Lot consisting of 4 bottles of 500 ml of extra virgin olive oil produced by Azienda Agricola Centonze Antonino, Sicily - Italy.
CAPRI bottle - Riserva Blend 500 ml.
Spicy and herbaceous, bright and persistent.
Medium-light fruity flavor, rounded and full.
Great balance with a finish of tomato, almond, and artichoke.
Ideal with all fish, but also with legume soups, red meats, cheeses, and all vegetable-based dishes.

Our oil is a true unicum due to the characteristics of the place where it is produced. In fact, the olive trees are nourished by the minerals abundantly present in the tufa rock on which they majestically stand.
The location transmits to the olives and oil an unexpected sensory harmony, even though Nocellara del Belice, Cerasuola and Biancolilla are characterized by pronounced organoleptic notes typical of Sicilian cultivars.
