Rare find: Marantz 74/DS660 from the 90s. The speakers are implemented as full-fledged floor-standing units with a substantial cabinet and solid internal construction. They are designed for use with more powerful amplifiers and have an 8-ohm nominal impedance, making them broadly usable within both classic and more modern hi-fi setups. The multi-way design provides a clear separation between bass, midrange, and treble, with a full bass response and a clear, well-dispersed high end without sharpness.

The enclosures are finished in a black wood grain and have the size and weight that befits serious speakers of this type. The set is in used, fair condition.
