Pair of palm stands in carved wood, gilded with fine gold in the late 19th/early 20th century, originally used as altar vases to hold palms or artificial flowers. These pieces have a chalice or urn shape with pierced scroll handles and foliage.

Made of carved wood and finished with gold gilding. They were transformed into table lamps in the second half of the 20th century, with the addition of a square base and wooden faux candles (lamp holders) and electrical wiring.

Good condition with normal signs of time and use.

Height is about 30 cm, with a square base; side length about 13 cm.

Total weight about 1 kg.

Coppia di portapalme in legno intagliato e dorato ad oro fino , di fine 800 primi del 900 originalmente usati come vasi da altare per ospitare palme o fiori finti, questi esemplari hanno una forma a calice o urna con manici a volute traforate e fogliame.
Realizzati in legno intagliato e rifiniti con doratura in oro .Sono  stati trasformati in lampade da tavolo, nella seconda parte del 900 ,con aggiunta della base quadrata e con le finte candele in legno ( portalampade ) e cablaggio elettrico.
Buone le condizioni tracce normali del tempo e del consumo. 
L altezza  e di circa 30 cm ,con base quadrata  ,misura lato 13 cm circa .
Il peso complessivo è di 1 kg circa .
