Designed by Tom Dixon for Tom Dixon, the Etch reflects a renewed approach to light where geometry, technique and decorative finesse come together. The design combines industrial precision with a pronounced sculptural character.
Etch is characterized by a finely perforated metal structure, built up of facets that filter light in a distinctive way. Through the openings, a lively play of light and shadow forms on the wall and in the space, making the lamp not only illuminate but also create a visual effect. The geometric shape gives the design a modern and architectural presence.
In use the lamp emits a warm and diffuse light, ideal for corridors, living spaces or as a decorative accent beside a bed or seating area. Thanks to its compact size and the distinctive light pattern, the Etch forms a strong addition to the interior both on its own and in combination with multiple pieces.
