We own the Tecnotempo brand, so we only sell original watches. Many of our models, including recent releases, are currently sold exclusively in our Watch-Store on Catawiki.********************** You will receive everything as described and photographed in the auction, and we are available for any eventuality.***************IMPORTANT: the limited edition number you will receive, shown on the case back, will differ from the photos as it depends on the numbering available in the warehouse at the moment of shipment and it is not possible to choose it; additionally, since the case backs are often screwed, it may happen that they are not in the same position as in the catalog photo as they are screwed fully to maintain water resistance, and the position of the inscriptions may also vary from the catalog photos.***************** Please note that the watch box may differ from the photos in color or model, depending on availability at the time of shipment). ***** IT IS POSSIBLE TO RETURN THE WATCH ONLY IF THE PROTECTIVE FILMS ARE STILL IN PLACE (WHERE PRESENT) AND NATURALLY THE WATCH MUST BE IN THE SAME CONDITION IN WHICH IT WAS SHIPPED TO US (NEW, NEVER WORN)**** • SHIPPING INSURANCE (READ CAREFULLY): It is possible to activate shipping insurance for incorrect delivery within a maximum of 7 days from dispatch and 20 days for shipments that have not been delivered from the departure moment, therefore we recommend monitoring the shipment status to timely report delays in delivery; if the package is damaged or tampered with, it must be reported to the carrier at the time of delivery. • WORKING HOURS AND COMMUNICATIONS (PLEASE READ CAREFULLY): Monday - Thursday 9:00 - 18:30 (local Italian time) Friday 9:00 - 12:00 (local Italian time). Orders are shipped, as established by Catawiki rules, within a maximum of 3 working days from payment (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and local holidays). As soon as the tracking number is available, it will be communicated through the Catawiki system. Orders and messages are handled in chronological order. • TECHNICAL INFORMATION (READ CAREFULLY): For all watches, before shipping, their proper operation is verified. For all watches with date, to avoid possible damage to the movement, do not manually adjust the date with the crown if the time on the watch is between 20:00 and 03:00; this rule applies to all watches with a date function. • WARRANTY INFORMATION (READ CAREFULLY): Please note that you will not receive any tax document with the goods, as all online transactions we conduct are recorded in the sales register as required by current Italian law. The invoice or tax receipt is mandatory only if requested by the customer immediately after payment. To use the warranty, you must present only and exclusively the card you will receive with the watch. IMPORTANT: For non-EU buyers, customs duties and import charges are entirely the responsibility of the buyer. If a non-EU customer needs warranty assistance, or wishes to exercise the right of withdrawal, they will have to bear all import/export costs; the seller is responsible only for the repair and for the return shipping costs (if the watch issue is covered by the warranty). **** Thank you for your interest in our products ****
