Thorens - TD166 MkII Record player

Classic Thorens TD166 MK2 is a manual belt-driven turntable. It has a minimalist look, but it performs its job very well. The tonearm features lateral pressure compensation via a removable weight. In the front-left is the knob to switch the speed, and this also starts the motor. In the front-right is the lever for the tonearm lift. The unique spring system with damping and the heavy platter contribute to a superior and more natural sound. This turntable comes with a Goldring cartridge and a good stylus. It has been tested and works excellently. The housing and front panel are undamaged and scratch-free, as good as new. There are light signs of use on the dust cover, but it still looks nice. Shipped in good packaging.
