Boby cart in red, designed by Joe Colombo in the 1960s for Bieffeplast, Padova, Italy. The item is original and not a posthumous reissue.
The Bieffeplast brand is stamped on the lower part of the shell, with Joe Colombo's signature.
The polypropylene wheels bear the Bieffeplast brand.
The entire shell is made of ABS.
The model is XL and is organized with three trays that rotate on a common pivot.
It has an open compartment with a removable lid as shown in the photo.
It was awarded for design at SMAU in 1971 and today is part of the permanent collection at the MoMA in New York and at the Triennale di Milano.
In perfect condition, no scratches or breaks.
