Description from the seller
Rock-Ola Jukebox Model 1488 “Regis 120” Stereo — 1960
Iconic piece of 1960s American design, this Rock-Ola Regis 120 jukebox in perfect working order represents the golden age of the jukebox. Manufactured in 1960 at the Rock-Ola factory in Chicago (Illinois), the Regis model is distinguished by its futuristic asymmetric silhouette, copper and chrome finishes, and the characteristic star-shaped lighting grille bearing the word “Stereo.”
Technical specifications
Manufacturer: Rock-Ola Manufacturing Corporation
Model: 1488 “Regis 120”

Cabinet: blond wood with copper and chrome details
Dimensions: 142 × 79 × 69 cm (H × W × D)
Weight: approximately 140 kg

Fully functional. All mechanical functions operate correctly: disc selection, carousel rotation, tonearm positioning, and playback. The tube amplifier delivers a warm, authentic stereo sound.
Chrome and copper: excellent, bright and clean
Glass dome: clear, no cracks
“Stereo” star grille: intact and original
Lighting: fully functional — top banner, title strips, selection buttons, stereo grille
Mechanism: fully operational, discs visible behind the glass, complete carousel
Cabinet: the original blond wood finish shows honest age-related wear — scratches, scuffs, and discoloration, particularly at the back and on the sides (see photos). The front and visible surfaces remain presentable.
Selection panel: the 120 buttons are functional, the title strips are in place
This is an authentic original machine — a functional piece with a patina of age, not a full cosmetic restoration. An ideal piece for a collector who appreciates authenticity and wants a jukebox that plays beautifully, with the option to refinish the exterior cabinet if desired.
